RESERVATIONS

Reservations can only be made by  telephone. We  encourage you to make them as early as possible, especially during summer & holiday seasons. 

We are a small kennel with a dedicated clientele. If it becomes necessary to change or cancel your reservations, please notify us as early as possible, so that we may book someone from our waiting list. 

Be sure to bring medications and special instructions, as well as a telephone number in case of emergency.

We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card at time of departure.  We accept VISA and MasterCard.

RATES

Boarding Charges are based
on the calendar day. You will be charged for each day your pet is boarded

Check Out Time is : If you pick your pet(s) up prior to 11 AM
Monday thru Saturday you will not be charged for the day.

Pets picked up on Sunday or on a holiday are charged for that day.


Daily Boarding rates as of April 1, 2007

Dogs $17 single/ $29 double*

Cats $13 single/ $24 double*

*double is 2 dogs from the same family sharing a kennel.

If the 2 cannot share space during feeding times, they will require separate kennels,
 priced per pet.

Boarding fees include a clean, private, indoor room with attached outdoor run for ample exercise, fresh water available at all times, daily feeding of quality pet foods, supervision, basic monitoring and attention from caring staff members.





Kennel  Hours:

Weekdays (except Wed.): 8-11 am & 4-6 pm

Wednesdays: 8-11 am

Saturdays: 8 am - noon

Sundays: 4-6 pm

Tours are always available during these hours as well.




Our office hours provide for periods of quiet relaxation.

Inadequate "down time" can cause a variety of problems for our guests including nervousness, destructive behavior, poor appetite, diarrhea, excessive shedding, etc.

Rest times are a crucial part of maintaining a low stress atmosphere.

Since we are an owner operated 7-day a week operation, it allows us time for relaxation as well.



We appreciate your observance of our office policy.


For security, the gates are locked except during our open hours.


Requests for special check-in or out times will only be honored with an appointment.
 There is a $25.00 fee in addition to regular boarding charges.




DOUBLE= Pets sharing same space and the same food.
If we feel they need to be separated, you
will be charged the single rate per pet.

A new contract must be filled out with each boarding visit.  This authorizes us and your veterinarian to care for your pet. Please allow time for this on check-in.

For the safety of all guests, written proof of current vaccinations (DHLPP, rabies & Bordatella) from your pet’s veterinarian is REQUIRED! No exceptions!

During Summer months, a topical flea preventative such as Frontline spot-on or Advantage is strongly encouraged.

We’ll be happy to bathe or groom your dog before check out. Be sure to ask for this extra service when you make your boarding reservation.

We provide towels, blankets or fluffy comforters for all dogs.
 Stuffed bedding from home is not accepted.

We feed a balanced kibble to all boarders. However your pet’s regular food from home is a good idea for short stays.

We also are happy to provide our special home-cooked meals for finicky eaters.

Please label EVERYTHING with your pet’s name.
 Skyview is not responsible for lost or damaged items left at the kennel.
